Returns Policy

We believe you will love our products, however, should you need, you may return items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we suggest using a tracked delivery service as we will not be held responsible for lost returns. 

• Returned items must be in the same condition you received them and must be with the original packaging.

• Earrings cannot be returned or refunded (due to hygiene reasons) 

• Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method, please allow 14 working days for the refund to appear back in your account
